Acorn Ridge is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath chalet surrounded by trees, rhododendron and only steps from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. In a matter of minutes, you can be dipping your toes in the rushing waters of Little River in the National Park, investigating an almost centuries old homestead or hiking one of the many trails.

The mountain décor of Acorn Ridge includes a large stone fireplace, wood interior walls and locally harvested mountain laurel that enhances the charm and gives a feeling of warmth to the cabin. The main level features cathedral ceilings with only accentuate the open floor plan with incorporates the living room, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the overstuffed sofa and watching your favorite morning show on the TV or a nice cozy fire in the fireplace during winter time. The dining table is large enough to seat four comfortably or you can pull up one of the two hand craved log chairs for additional seating. The main level also features a king sized bedroom with handmade log furniture, a flat screen cable TV and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination which includes a whirlpool tub.

Acorn Ridge continues the open floor plan to the lower level. The perfect place for kids or teenagers alike, the lower level comes complete with all the bells and whistles. First on the list are the necessities which include a queen size bed with an adjoining bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination and the laundry room with the washer and dryer. After you determine who is going to be sleeping on the left and who is going to be sleeping on the right, you can enjoy a game of pool or try out the full size arcade game featuring 100 full version video games such as Centipede, Golden T4, Mortal Combat and Ms. Pac Man. A third TV lets you keep up with your favorite sports channel or television show.

Just off from the pool table is the door leading out to the four person hot tub. A large wrap around deck and covered porch is also available for guests to relax on and to take in the beautiful mountain scenery. There is plenty of outdoor space as well with rocking chairs, a picnic table, a charcoal grill and a porch swing. Acorn Ridge will sleep up to four people.
