Smokies Sanctuary is a private three bedroom log cabin with three bathrooms with easy access and wonderfully decorated in what we like to refer to as the Great Smoky Mountains meets Jackson Hole. With the cabin situated by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, it is the perfect place for a little relaxation and even a few wildlife sightings. Convenient to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend and Cades Cove, makes Smokies Sanctuary the ideal location for you next family retreat to the mountains.

Upon entering the main level, you are greeted by the cathedral ceilings and hand hewn log beams which, along with large picture windows, give a feeling of spaciousness to the living room. There is plenty of seating with a leather sofa and love seat which are also accompanied by two rustic chairs and a very unique coffee table. The fireplace is stack stone to the ceiling and holds a set of gas logs. Also included in the living room is a cable TV with a VCR and a DVD player. To the left of the living room is the dining area complete with an Aspen log dining table that can seat six comfortably. The dining area is also adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped right down to even the silverware. Also on the main level are two bedrooms. The first bedroom comes furnished with a king size bed, a cable TV and a VCR. The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hall and features a stand up shower. The second bedroom also sports a king size bed, a cable TV and a DVD player. It also features an attached bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination.

The upstairs area of Smokies Sanctuary features the private master bedroom, bath and a loft. The upstairs loft holds the pool table, air hockey table and plenty of seating for the spectators. The master bedroom takes advantage of the same beam work and cathedral ceilings as the ling room and the loft. With a massive king size four poster Aspen log bed and the soaring ceilings, the master bedroom truly takes your breath away. In addition to the bed, the room features a dormer with a sitting area perfect for reading and a cable TV complete with a VCR and a DVD player. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. The main feature is the whirlpool tub. The bathroom also sports an individual shower and a vanity with double sinks. Attention is paid to every detail, right down to the personalized linen and bath robes.

With plenty of rocking chairs, two porch swings, a charcoal grill, a picnic table and an outdoor hot tub, Smokies Sanctuary is also loaded with outdoor amenities. There is also a nice yard so the kids can unplug and enjoy a bit of the outdoors on their own time. Come to the Smoky Mountains and stay a week or a weekend.
