All of us at Timbercreek hope that you make plans to spend a weekend or a week in one of our cabins in Tennessee in the near future. In fact, if you’re heading this way this weekend, we can recommend a number of events and activities to help you celebrate the Easter holiday.
On Saturday, the Easter bunny will be making a number of appearances at several different Pigeon Forge locations, any of which would be an ideal opportunity for younger children to enjoy themselves and maybe even score some candy!
• Have brunch with the Easter bunny from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Old Mill Square. Admission is $10.96 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and younger. Seating is limited, so reservations are required.
• The bunny will also be at the Incredible Christmas Place.
• Go hunt Easter eggs with the bunny at the Pigeon Forge Community Center beginning at 10 a.m.
On Sunday, you’ll find any number of churches in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg that would be happy to welcome you for their Easter morning services. Or you might consider heading to the top of Mt. Harrison for the sunrise service at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Tram service to the resort begins at 5:15 a.m., and the service starts at 6. A breakfast buffet will be available.
