Rate discounts and specials are like coupons, they must be mentioned at the time of the sale (booking of the reservation) to be honored. Monthly rate discounts or specials do not apply to previously booked reservations. Specials and discounts cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions. Rate discounts or specials must be mentioned or reference made to this Web site during the booking of the reservation. The application of rates, specials or discounts are subject to change without notice. A minimum nights stay may be required to receive certain specials or discounts. Rate discounts do not apply to previous bookings. Online bookings may need to be adjusted manually to reflect the correct pricing and special or rate discount in effect at the time of the online booking.

Winterfest Rates - Pay for two to four nights and receive one additional night for free. Pay for five nights or more and receive two additional nights for free. Free nights must be reserved at the time of booking. They are not automatically added to a reservation.

*June 1st through August 14th*
Made in the Shade - Stay for five nights or more and receive one additional night for free. Can not be combined with any other special. Free nights must be reserved at the time of booking. They are not automatically added to a reservation.

*August 15th through October 6th*
See You in September - Pay for three to five nights and receive a 10% discount. Pay for five nights or more and receive one additional night for free, plus an additional 5% discount. (Does not include Labor Day holiday). Can not be combined with any other special. Free nights must be reserved at the time of booking. They are not automatically added to a reservation.

*October 7th through January 1st*
Hearth and Home - Stay for five nights or more and receive one additional night for free. Can not be combined with any other special. Free nights must be reserved at the time of booking. They are not automatically added to a reservation.

These specials are available on one bedroom cabins, two bedroom cabins, three bedroom cabins, four bedroom cabins, and five bedroom and up rental cabins.
